Return & Refund Policy
1. General Return Conditions. You have the right to return any item (original paintings or prints) purchased on the verachadova.art website within 14 calendar days from the date of its physical receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Shipping Costs. All expenses for return transportation and delivery of items of good quality (if you simply changed your mind or the item did not suit you) are fully paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Actions Upon Receiving Damaged Goods. We pay special attention to the security and reliability of our packaging. However, if your parcel arrives damaged during transit, you must:
  • Send photos of the damaged outer packaging (box/tube) and the painting or print itself to our email address: art@verachadova.art within 24–48 hours of physical receipt of the parcel.
  • Include the buyer's information (such as your full name and order number) in the email.
  • Claims submitted later than 48 hours after delivery will not be considered.
4. Conditions for Reshipping or Compensation. Reshipping the item (in case of damage during transit) or issuing a financial refund is only possible on the condition that the customer sends the damaged item back to the artist. Reshipping or refunding will be processed exclusively after the damaged item has been physically received and inspected by the artist.
5. Refund Process. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
